I have a suggestion to the grace period bar
Is to add “24 hour” counter in the same red bar next to the “ grace period”, so that if someone opens the ticket, he can easily see how long there is left for the end of the grace period.
Example:

We’ve toyed with this idea in the past. I believe it was too expensive to implement compared to the benefits it provides. But we will revisit it again.
