I saw something a while back where users with certain status can assign an agent/helper to assist with managing messages and tickets. Is that still possible? Where can I read more about that?

I think @Lunar utilizes it

Thank you! RE: The inbox, does the agent get access to every message or only ones that they’re added to? i.e. I have 200+ unread messages, but may only want an agent to deal with certain ones/topics.
