4. Multiple Payment Options: To provide maximum flexibility, the /crypto page accepts various payment methods. You can choose from Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and also bank wire transactions via SWIFT and SEPA.

5. Exchange crypto for crypto. Via our /swap page, you can convert most of the popular crypto-coins into other crypto-coins.

Transaction Verification and Limits

Guardarian Technologies, our trusted partner, manages all transactions to ensure a smooth, secure process. Transactions below 250 USD will not require verification, streamlining small transactions for your convenience. However, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) laws, transactions exceeding 250 USD will require additional verification. This process is often instant and designed to protect all parties involved. The maximum limit for a single transaction is 7000 USD.

Important Notice

Please note that it is forbidden to convert directly into the official SWAPD cryptocurrency addresses. You must first convert your FIAT to cryptocurrency into your own personal address. Afterward, you may pay for your checkout ticket if necessary.

Fee Structure

Since the fees constantly change and can vary from crypto to FIAT types, we don’t have a set fee chart. However, both pages dynamically adjust your final payout, so you will see exactly how much you will receive. The fees are generally from 0.5% to 3-4% per transaction.

SWAPD Ticket Payouts are allowed to sell directly on this Exchange?

Give an example as I don’t understand.

I get a Wire Payout on SWAPD from a completed Ticket.
I don’t want to receive it directly and want to exchange that against Crypto.
Can I do it? Will SWAPD pay directly to Exchange Partner?

No, not possible. To avoid this, ask your buyers to buy crypto now on the /crypto page. Problem solved.

Bank wires takes time so sellers can now say buyers to buy crypto from Swapd and pay for the ticket. Just need crypto wallet to work on Swapd.

Here are the states which are currently not supported:

  • Alabama
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Nevada
  • New Mexico
  • New York
  • Rhode Island
  • South Dakota
  • Vermont
  • Washington

The rest of the states will be added by the end of 2023.

We are looking into these reports that users from the US are having problems purchasing, even users from approved states. We’re working on a fix.

amazing feature on swapd. do we earn swapd referral reward if we refer buyers/sellers that buy/sells/swap crypto ?

No, because that portion of the service isn’t managed by us. We’ve just made it easy-accessible.

Regarding the /crypto page and problems for the US members

After speaking with Guardarian business consultants, we’re fuming. Apparently they’re suspended from operating in the United States. This is despite what their website says and what we’ve been assured of during their long and boring signup process. I am furious about this. We’re currently still trying to figure out if the services will be restored. But for now, the /crypto page will not be available to US-based members, so we apologize. The /swap page should work fine, though.

If Guardarian doesn’t give us some good news regarding the service being available to the US members, we will switch providers.
