Problematic Ticket – What Does It Mean?
When your Checkout Ticket is marked as a Problematic Ticket, it means an unusual issue has arisen in the transaction that requires administrative intervention by SWAPD (operated by VEYYO Limited Partnership, Canada, as Merchant of Record).
This status is used when the transaction cannot proceed normally, but has not yet escalated to a formal Dispute.
Common Reasons for a Problematic Ticket
- Complications with the payment or transfer process requiring troubleshooting.
- The digital property or account is compromised, subject to recovery attempts, or flagged as high-risk.
- The property or service has an unusual or unverifiable history.
- The services provided do not match the description set out in the Checkout Ticket.
- Either the Buyer or Subcontractor engages in aggressive, abusive, or unprofessional behavior.
- Either the Buyer or Subcontractor fails to comply with the terms of the Checkout Ticket or SWAPD rules.
Important Note
A Problematic Ticket is not the same as a Dispute.
- In a Problematic Ticket, SWAPD staff may delay payout, request clarification, or apply corrective measures before deciding whether the transaction can proceed.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, the ticket may be escalated to a Dispute, where SWAPD will issue a final and binding ruling on the funds.
