Frequently Asked Questions

What is the SWAPD fee for Trustap transactions?
During the launch phase, the SWAPD fee is set at 7% for all member types. Additionally, a Trustap fee (ranging from 1% to 3.9%, depending on payment method and location) will apply. We plan to introduce progressive fees in the coming months as our community adapts to the Trustap payment system.

How do sellers get paid through Trustap?
Sellers (and buyers) need to create a Trustap.com account. All payouts are made via bank wire in the seller’s local currency. Signing up is quick, but in some cases, KYC verification might be required. Each member will receive detailed instructions on how to set up an account through our checkout tickets.

Can Safety Concern (SC) members use Trustap?
Currently, SC members cannot use Trustap as buyers or sellers.

Who handles disputes?
SWAPD staff will handle all disputes. For more complex cases, we will collaborate directly with Trustap to resolve issues.

Which countries are supported by Trustap?
To check if your country is supported, please visit the link below.

If your country isn’t supported, you can still use our regular bank wire option we’ve always had.

We hope you enjoy this new addition! Please keep in mind that this partnership is new, and while we’ve tested the system over the past three months, some issues may still arise. We kindly ask for your patience as we fine-tune our implementation. Feel free to report any bugs, ask questions, or leave comments in this thread.

Surprised! India is not there

Just 1 asian country here!

Just a quick heads up — we’ve hit a few small bumps while moving our Truetap integration into production. Nothing major, just some minor issues that need a little extra TLC. Our team is on it and working hard to get everything running smoothly.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. We’re confident we’ll have this sorted out very soon!

Stay tuned for more updates!
