Overview
When making transactions on SWAPD, you can use Trustap for secure and reliable payments through credit cards and bank wires. Below, you’ll find the details on the additional fees associated with these payment methods, all in USD.
Credit Card Fees
When using a credit card, the following fees apply on top of SWAPD’s standard fees:
- EU and GB Transactions:
- Fee: 2.5% + $0.30
- US Transactions:
- Fee: 2.9% + $0.40
- International Transactions:
- Additional Fee: 1.5%
Example:
If you’re in the EU making a $100 payment, the fee would be $2.80 ($2.50 + $0.30). For an international transaction of $100, the total fee would be $4.80 ($2.90 + $0.40 + $1.50).
Bank Wire Fees
For bank wire transfers, the fees are tiered based on the transaction amount:
- Up to $25,000:
- Fee: 1%
- $25,001 to $50,000:
- Fee: 0.9%
- Over $50,000:
- Fee: 0.75%
- Minimum Fee: $10
Example:
For a bank wire transfer of $30,000, the fee would be $270 ($25,000 * 1% + $5,000 * 0.9%). For a transfer of $60,000, the fee would be $487.50 ($25,000 * 1% + $25,000 * 0.9% + $10,000 * 0.75%).
