I’m not sure if you were aware of this. But your client was previously verified as an entrepreneur. Later, he lost his badge, created that new IG profile, and wanted someone to verify it as a musician. I doubt he is even a real musician.
I’m sure most of the sellers probably rejected your client before you came to OP.
