Just wanted to update everyone that we have updated our Terms of Service. To save you time on reading, here are the new additions:
- Sellers must follow our Seller Responsibilities.
- Buyers have to follow our Buyer Responsibilities when making a purchase.
- Buyers have a 60 minute grace period, starting at the time of transfer, to fully verify the purchased property. The money will not be released to the seller if proven, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the seller wasn’t truthful. If such occurrence takes place, we will simply refund the buyer and hand over the property back to the selling party. Untruthful/misleading sellers will be promptly removed from our network.
From now on, we will hold the payment for 60 min before releasing it to the seller. This grace period is for checking if the purchased property is as described. We have also made it clear what we’re responsible for during checkout.
