Buyers should be able to buy without ID, sellers should have ID registered. or else pro scammers will ruin swapd.
I can give you a. Scenario. One of my first big tik tok accounts was taken back by Joey hart. VIP He has since been banned. It seems like he acquired a bunch of big accounts and then attempted to pull back. Luckily I was 2fa but account got locked and eventually suspended when I paid a seller to unlock the account. Instead of the account getting unlocked it got suspended! Opposite of what I paid for. I did get refunded for just the unlock person
Only allow people to buy things without need of id verification
Sadly these days are mostly over.
But will be completely over if we allow people to sell without ID verifying.
Another risk that comes from non-IDâing sellers no one has mentioned: letâs say I decide to open a totally fake service promising great priced username claims for highly qualified people. I open 50 tickets here on SWAPD.
Boom, I ghost and just got a nice hefty list of 50 HOT leads in the social media services space. I open up another account using my friendâs or a VAâs phone a week later and do a thread for verifications. BOOM 50 more.
There needs to be some hurdles so that it becomes too much hassle to be ripped off.

Buying yes. Selling, no.
OK, itâs official. Starting soon, buyers will no longer have to be ID verified (unless they want to sell) - We will update you on the progress soon!
Yikes
Why yikes? I thought we all agreed.
I personally think everyone being ID verified is extremely reassuring, you know everyone youâre dealing with has nothing to hide.
But buyers pose (Mostly) no threat. It could increase everyoneâs sales. Weâre doing it!

Good decision. That was the only obstacle preventing me from telling my off-site customers to sign up on Swapd when they asked for escrow

In my case, sometimes my partners sell the properties until the user (buyer) gets identity verified. So Iâve to leave the buyer empty handed. Very good decision!
if swapd allows it or not I am not dealing with anyone without id verification it is that simple
