  • Search for Username: In the field on the right, type in the username of the member you’ve made a deal with. Make sure you have the correct username to avoid any confusion.

Step 4: Enter Transaction Details

  • Complete the Form: Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out the necessary details of the transaction. This includes:
    • Asset/Service: Clearly describe what is being bought or sold.
    • Price: Enter the agreed-upon price.
    • Payment Method: Specify how the payment will be made.
    • Terms: Set clear terms based on your agreement. Remember, these terms are crucial as Checkout Tickets are treated like binding contracts on SWAPD.

Step 5: Understand Your Responsibilities

  • Guidelines Adherence: It’s crucial to adhere to our buyer and seller responsibilities guidelines. These are designed to protect both parties and ensure fairness in all transactions.

Step 6: Calculate Fees

  • Use the Fee Calculator: Before finalizing the Checkout Ticket, use our fee calculator to understand the applicable fees. This helps in setting clear expectations about the total cost of the transaction.

Finalizing the Transaction

  • Review and Confirm: Once all fields are filled and you’ve reviewed the transaction details and fees, submit your Checkout Ticket. Remember, once a Checkout Ticket is started, it cannot be terminated unless both parties mutually agree to cancel it.

By following these steps, you can successfully start a new transaction on SWAPD. This ensures that both buyers and sellers have a clear understanding of the terms and the process, leading to smoother and more secure exchanges. Happy trading on SWAPD!
