Starting a transaction on SWAPD is easy. Here’s a quick guide:

Find a Buyer or Subcontractor – Explore the marketplace to find what you need. If you’re selling, create a new topic to list your item.

Negotiate Terms – Once you’ve found a deal, message the other party. Discuss and agree on the price, payment method, timeframe, and any special conditions.

Start the Transaction – When you’re ready, click the “Start Checkout Ticket” button at the bottom of your private message thread. This converts your discussion into a Checkout Ticket, where both parties confirm the agreed terms. You can also use our /start page, located under the checkout cart icon.

SWAPD Administers the Process – Once the ticket is created, our team will join to guide you through payment, delivery, and confirmation. Payments are made directly to SWAPD (operated by VEYYO Limited Partnership, Canada) as Merchant of Record, and delivery of goods/services is handled by the subcontractor in accordance with the Checkout Ticket.
