I faced a similar experience a few weeks ago from a guy on instagram he has done username claims for top celebrities like DDG, Rubi Rose, Johnny Dang, Polo G etc…

EDIT: He also scammed one of my friends 12k$, he works with celebrities which end up giving him a shoutout on their stories which drive potential buyers to his page and he ends up scamming them but when it comes to celebs he does everything from unbans to 3L username claims.
His name on instagram is “finesse lord”

I got sooo many offering me this stuff only few are legitimate, never trust the blue tick or the amount of followers. Big transactions only with bank transfer or crypto.
There are multiple ways of fucking him up. You can spam his name through PBN blogs saying he is a porn abuser or anything like that. Google will set his social set as spam and eventually you can fill a report in meta
