The issue is if we did that, some users could very easily manipulate actual results by just divvying up what they offer and making it into separate tickets.
Ex. Seller that provides PR services creates one ticket for every single article.

That only shows their site wasnt worth it 
Beside you need different tiers with different perks if you make it paid.
Pay to use brings quality and less scams tho.
