:star2: SWAPD 2024: Exciting Updates & Essential Changes! :star2:

Hello SWAPD Community,

As we step into 2024, we’re thrilled to announce some significant changes and updates that will streamline our services and enhance your experience. It’s important for all members to familiarize themselves with these changes to ensure a smooth and efficient use of our platform.

What’s New & Improved in 2024

  1. Introduction of Bank Wires: We’re now offering bank wire transactions through various third-party payment processors. Keep in mind, there’s a cap of $10,000 per transaction, and the transaction duration shouldn’t exceed 90 days. Beyond this duration, crypto remains your best alternative. SWAPD Partners have a 20000 USD limit.

  2. Credit Card Payments for Elite Members: Initially available for our VIP members and above, we’re rolling out credit card payment options. Be sure to utilize our updated fee calculator, as credit card transaction fees are notably higher than other methods.

  3. Slight Adjustment in Payout Times: Due to the inherent complexities of credit card transactions, members may experience a slight extension in payout times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard.

  4. Revised Fee Structure: We’ve made some minor adjustments to our fee structure to better align with our evolving service and operational costs.

  5. Mandatory Profile Completion: To expedite invoicing and transaction processes, all members are now required to complete their profile fields, including essential information like name and address.

  6. Invoice Requests During Checkout Only: It’s crucial to request your invoice for the SWAPD fee during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate invoice requests once a ticket is closed.

  7. Crypto Payments Via CoinPayments.net: In our effort to streamline crypto transactions, all such payments will now be processed through CoinPayments.net.

  8. Transition Away from SKYNET Inc.: We’re parting ways with SKYNET Inc. as our main parent company. Please ensure that all records of our previous account numbers are removed from your banking panels.

  9. Dynamic Bank Account System for Payments: Our payment method via bank accounts will now involve rotating accounts. We urge members to diligently check payment descriptions every time to prevent any misdirected funds. Remember, we cannot be held responsible for lost funds due to incorrect transfers.

  10. Updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy: We’ve refreshed our TOS and Privacy Policy. By continuing to use SWAPD, you’re agreeing to these updates. If you disagree, you’re welcome to email support@swapd.co for account removal.

  11. Switch to Stable Coins for Crypto: We’re phasing out BTC and ETH. Moving forward, only stable coins such as USDT and USDC (available in both ERC20 and TRC20 formats) will be accepted.

  12. Restrictions on Certain Countries: Due to legal constraints, we cannot process wires and credit card payments to/from specific countries. Please consult our updated list for this information.

  13. Enhanced ‘Buy Crypto’ Page: We’ve expanded our services on the ‘Buy Crypto’ page, now covering more countries including the US (excluding New York and Hawaii).

  14. Crypto Transactions for ‘Safety Concern’ Members: Members flagged for safety concerns can now use crypto as sellers. To protect our buyers, all such transactions will include a mandatory warning about the potential increased risk.

A Friendly Reminder

Navigating the world of FIAT transactions for a site like SWAPD comes with its unique set of challenges. Given our positioning in the industry, not all financial institutions are keen on associating with us. However, we are committed to continuously seeking new partnerships to ensure we can keep our operations running as smoothly as possible. You can always check the current status of our available payment methods through the “Payment Status” link located in the left sidebar of our site.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we implement these changes. Here’s to a successful and prosperous 2024 at SWAPD!

UPDATE: Our Buy Crypto page changes are suffering a slight delay, we need a few more days to enable US buyers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Reminder to members: please take our changes seriously and actually read our payment instructions. Some members blindly send money/wires to our old addresses, some of which no longer exist. We will not be responsible for lost funds or refund fees.

Update: The fee calculator has been fixed.

Great changes. I have a suggestion – maybe SWAPD can start allowing the sales of gaming services/accounts?

Update: Since we now use CoinPayments.net to accept most crypto payments, we no longer have problems with CoinBase.com incoming payments. Feel free to pay your ticket invoices via CoinBase.

Update: It is now the 10th of January, and not a single seller has used the HIGHLY requested credit card option. In conclusion, we will never listen to any of you again. And before you say, “12% is too high of a fee, SWAPD,” remember that when PayPal was around, tickets were actually MORE expensive because PayPal charged 5% one way, and with the 9% SWAPD fee (and another PP fee when receiving), sellers lost 19% in total. No one had a problem then. You’re all noobs. From now on, you can toss your suggestions directly into a trash can.

Update: Binance is flagging random CoinPayments (our provider) addresses as blacklisted. For more info, see:

What if a buyer charges back using a credit card? I was able to do it to Paypal F&F due to someone scamming me, but the proof I provided was mere screenshots an accs-market conversation

Just like with PP, you’re protected from chargebacks. However, we’re relatively sure the CC option will be removed, since no one is using it. In fact, FIAT may be permanently removed also in the upcoming months because buyers still can’t comprehend that we’re an escrow site and we cannot invoice the full amount.

Hello everyone! Are we still okay to fulfill coinpayment invoices with CoinBase? Thanks so much

Yes coinbase works now.

I’m not sure where this feedback/request goes but hear me out.

Can SWAPD use double meta refresh or a link masker to hide referral data in posts and especially PMs?

Good example of this is the de-indexing service and how other sites can trace SWAPD.co in their web logs and figure out what’s going on. I don’t want to see this place get shut down, reported, or attract lurkers.

If I’m discussing business w/ a seller and we send links to each other via messages, webmasters can easily inspect their web log and catch SWAPD.co in visitor traffic and get nosey, undermining privacy we all care about here. Just an idea.

Might be because of the longer pay out time time to sellers

Can’t help it through with running CCs. We first have to collect the money (bank wire, which takes a few days), then we have to wire it out. HOWEVER, we have a solution, will be implemented soon.
