Overview of SWAPD’s Fee Structure

Middleman Services for Online Assets and Virtual Properties

SWAPD offers intermediary services in transactions involving online assets and virtual properties. Our fee for these services ranges from 2% to 11%. Sellers are encouraged to utilize our fee calculator for an accurate estimation of service charges. It is important to note that our fee is subtracted from the total agreed-upon price prior to the application of any money transfer fees. This charge is fixed and non-refundable.

Additional Transfer Fees

In addition to our service fee, transactions incur additional costs associated with the transfer of funds. These additional fees are exclusively the responsibility of the sellers. Under no circumstances are sellers permitted to pass these fees onto the buyers. The magnitude of these additional fees is variable, influenced by factors such as the chosen payment method and the geographical locations of the buyer and seller.

Payment Merchant Consistency

SWAPD maintains a policy of consistency in payment methods. Accordingly, if a transaction is agreed to be conducted through bank wire, then the payment must be completed in this manner. It is not permissible to switch payment methods during the transaction, such as exchanging cryptocurrency payments for bank wires.

What forms of payment can I use on SWAPD?

SWAPD currently accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Bank Wire: Ideal for transactions over 1000 USD, given the relatively high cost of international bank wires. While the fees for these wires are typically in the range of 15-45 USD, they remain constant for higher transaction amounts, rendering them more economical for larger deals. However, SWAPD imposes a 10,000 USD limit for bank wire transactions.

  2. Cryptocurrencies (USDT/USDC in ERC20 and TRC20 format): This is the most cost-effective option for transferring funds on SWAPD. We have no limits on cryptocurrency payments.

  3. Credit Card Payments: These are available exclusively to VIP Members and higher tiers. Restrictions apply to both buyers and sellers, with non-VIP users not permitted to use credit cards for transactions on SWAPD. Depending on member status, credit card transaction limits are set between 1000-2500 USD.

How long does a bank wire take?

Bank wire transfers are generally completed within 1-3 business days. However, delays of up to 4-6 days may occur depending on factors like bank policies, the countries involved, and holidays.

What are the currently accepted payment methods?

SWAPD accepts credit cards, bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrencies (USDT/USDC).

If I sell via crypto, can I get paid out via bank wire?

Should a buyer opt for a cryptocurrency payment, a corresponding bank wire payout is not possible. Our financial operations are conducted in PLN, and converting USD to PLN, and back incurs losses due to unfavorable exchange rates.
